International Non-Binary Day is celebrated on July 14th. This day was made to raise awareness and shine light on those who identify as non-binary. Non-binary describes someone who doesn't claim as man or woman and does not fit into society assigned genders. Recognition for those who don't fall into society's agenda and represent themselves how they want.
Pride month is celebrated every year in the month of June. It is a day that riots in uprisings took place in New York in 1969 where police began to raid members of the LGBTQ community. This started a movement across the world. Pride Day which is celebrated on June 28th is the day the first march was held in 1970.
