We accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 14 days of original purchase on most items.
We don't accept returns for in store purchases but we do offer exchanges and store credits within 14 days of original purchase on most items.
Customers will incur a restocking & shipping fee based on current ship rates if an exchange is being made due to customer error (i.e. ordering wrong item, wrong size, wrong address etc.)
Please note we do not accept returns on custom orders. Other items that are NOT returnable include: hats & beanies, upcycled & vintage apparel, scents & candles.
For FREE returns back to your original form of payment:
- A refund request must be received within 14 days of your package delivery date.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise returned without the original tag, or with any type of wear or damage, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Items will incur a return shipping fee based on the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Free returns are only offered on full-price apparel made within 14 days of receiving your package.
