RETURNS

+ How do I return an item?

In-Store: Purchases made in-store can NOT be returned for a refund but they can be exchanged within 14 days from purchase date or offered a store credit for the purchase value. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online: All full price purchases made online can be returned for a full refund 14 days from delivery date or offered a store credit between 16-30 days from delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for all returns that meet our refund policy. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

+ Do you process exchanges?

Yes, email us at info@notsorrygoods(dot)com with your order number to begin an exchange.

+ How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Refunds for online orders are processed 24-48 hours after we receive your package back. How long the refund will take to show back as credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with (typically 5-7 business days).

 

ORDERS

+ Can I cancel an order?

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled. However, please contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate your request the best we can. If your order is already in the process of being shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be canceled at anytime. At this time you can start the refund process by emailing us with your order number at info@notsorrygoods(dot)com.

+ Can I change or add to my order once I've placed it?

Once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to alter it. The best thing to do is to immediately contact customer support at info@notsorrygoods(dot)com and request that your order be cancelled. You can then place a new order with the correct sizing or added items.

+ Sending a gift?

Add a note when checking out and we’ll write your message for you! Make sure to include who it’s ‘From”!

+ Received a damaged item?

Any damaged items need to be reported within the 14-day return window to info@notsorrygoods(dot)com. Damages reported outside of 14-days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

+ How and when will my order ship?

PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP DURING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON.  

All products are shipped from our studio via USPS or UPS. Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of order date and you will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note, we ask you to allow up to 7-10 days from time of shipment to arrival during the pandemic. We appreciate your support and patience as we are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

Orders over $75 ship free; Orders under $75 ship at a $6 flat rate

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.

+ What if my order says it was delivered by the shipping carrier, but I haven't received it yet?

When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:
- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
- The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.

If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!

1 -How does this sale work?

Step by step:

  1. You will pay $40 and receive a tote bag with our signature “Bag $ecured” design on it!Secure the

  2. Upon payment, you will be allowed to enter the “shop”

  3. Fill the tote with as much clothes as it can fit. All items must fit in your bag. No stacking allowed.

  4. Go home a happy shopper 😎

2 - What will the totes we receive look like?

The tote is a 12 oz cotton canvas with 15"W x 16"H dimensions. It will have our signature “Bag Secured” logo screen printed on the front. See mock-up pictured on the left.

3 - Am I paying additional for the clothes that fit in my bag?

NO you pay $40 and everything that fits in your tote is yours. No additional payment.

4 - What if all my clothes don’t fit in one bag?

You must purchase another tote to fill it with the clothes that don’t fit. All items must fit securely in your bag. No stacking allowed.

5 - Can I shop before I buy a tote?

No you will not be allowed to enter the “shop” until a tote is purchased.

6 - Where exactly is the sale?

Secure the Bag Sale will actually be in the parking lot next to Flamingo Vintage Detroit, 5449 W Vernor Hwy in Mexicantown. This is an outdoor event.

Flamingo Vintage store will be open as well and they will have a glorious selection of vintage goodies inside for purchase too ✨

7 - Can I split a bag with a friend?

No everyone needs their own bag in order to shop.

8 - Is there parking?

Yes, there is street parking available.

9 - If I don’t RSVP can I still attend?

Absolutely! RSVP is not required to attend. We are just taking RSVPs so that we can have an estimate of how many tote bags we need.

10 - Can I return or exchange an item?

NO all items are FINAL SALE.

11 - Is there a preferred method of payment?

We accept credit cards and cash. Please try and come with exact change to help us out.

12 - Will items be organized by size/ season/ article type?

Everything is mostly organized by style. You will still have to sift through for your size. We will not be organizing racks throughout the day so they may not be sorted by style when you arrive.

13 - Will basics and crewnecks from the Not Sorry website be on the racks?

No this is all upcycled and vintage clothes. Nothing on our site will be included in this sale.

14 - Where can I purchase basics or crewnecks?

You can shop online or in store at The Rust Belt Market.

15 - Will any of the apparel be Detroit Not Sorry items or have anything Detroit on them? I’m confused what upcycled means.

Yes! All the sale items are second hand…some of it is straight up vintage and some of it has been upcycled meaning we added our designs to them, like our Detroit Not Sorry print.

16 - Will there be a public restroom available?

Depending on location, a public restroom is provided.

17 - Will there be fitting rooms?

Yes there will be a couple of mobile fitting rooms available.
